Northline Goods LLC is a synthetic online retailer in the United States with two years of trial balances, drafted under IFRS for SMEs (US GAAP is not supported). Nothing of yours is uploaded and no account is needed: the draft opens in this browser, labelled as demo data throughout.

Framework

The standards the financial statements are prepared under. Choose full IFRS when the shareholders, a lender or a regulator requires it; the choice cannot be changed once the draft is created.

The edition the reporting period selects is chosen for you: the 2015 edition for a period beginning before 1 January 2027, the third edition from then on. A period beginning on or after 1 January 2025 may apply the third edition early; choosing it records that on the draft. An edition the period does not allow is greyed out.

Balances are read in this currency; its minor unit sets the decimals.

About the company (optional)

The facts only you know: the registered office, what the company does, its branches, its owners and the date the statements are authorised. Give them now or later: what you leave opens first in the draft's About the company, and each is asked once.
